Hi! Thanks for staying in your favorite place to getaway. We look forward to you having a wonderful stay and we are here to serve you to the best of our abilities. We have a few regulations that keep us all happy so take a moment to read this.

1. 4 People per 1 Bedroom apartment/6 in the 2 Bedroom. Any additional people must pay $25.00 per night.
2. 1 (ONE) Parking space per apartment. For additional parking please call Joanie at 954-922-4736 to reserve parking for friends and family.
3. NO SMOKING AT ANYTIME IN THE APARTMENT. Please smoke outside and respect others air space. Please put your cigarette remains in the garbage after you finish.
4. The Laundry Room is for Long Term Guest Only.
5. The BBQ is for everyone to use and enjoy. Please clean up after yourself and turn off the gas.
6. Please keep the AC's at 75 during the day and turn them off when you leave.
7. Please throw the garbage out before you leave. There is recycling bin in your room for cans and glass. Please use it. There is also a Commingled Recycling Bin in the back-Please - Use it.
8. There is a $20.00 per night charge for pets. Pets can only weigh up to 10 lbs and pay a security deposit of $50.00 which will be returned if everything is in order.
9. Please use the water inside and out sparingly.
10. The beach chairs, coolers, beach toys and umbrellas are for you to enjoy. They are under the stairs. Please return them to where you find them.
11. We would appreciate you cleaning up after yourself and returning everything to where you found it.
